'Gwalia’ which means ‘by the river’ in welsh, is made from slate found from around the area. It is situated within the breath taking scenery of Snowdonia National park, on the main Dolgellau Road, the A470 which connects North and South Wales.  The postcode for Gwalia is LL25 0EJ.
The restaurants, shop, and post Office are all within walking distance.

To the rear is a steep garden with patio terraces providing areas for barbecues. From the top of the garden you can see over the cottage roof, and have views all around of the forests and mountains.

 We are now letting "Gunside Farm annexe" for holiday lets. This a 4 bed property sleeping 8 people.  Location is in the village of Meerbrook, Nr Leek, Staffordshire.

Ideally located for The Staffordshire Moorlands, the Peak District, Leek with its shops, cafes and renowned for its many antique shops. Travel just a few miles for Alton Towers and the Potteries,made up of its 6 towns. The home of Wedgewood, Moorcroft, Emma Bridgewater and the more famous Doulton. An area that no shopaholic would get bored off with its many shopping centre's, doubled with the theatres, bars and museums there really is something for everyone, including the more active that wish to walk, cycle, explore, golf, or swim. If you just want to relax and get away from it all, well it ticks that box too.
