Bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Bookings are made on a weekly basis, or consecutive weeks, Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks may be considered if booking 14days or less from the start of the holiday.
• Arrival Time is 4pm and departure by 10am.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Non refundable except in extreme circumstances. It is recommended you take out private holiday Insurance.
• The remaining balance must be paid 28 days prior to the start of the holiday. Failure to pay this will be regarded as cancellation, and the property re-let.
• If the holiday is booked less then 28 days before departure, balance must be paid in full.
• Bookings made 14 days or less before departure, payment will have to be made immediately by arrangement.
• Visitors should leave the property in the same state found at the beginning of the holiday.
• Report any damage or breakages. These depending on circumstance may have to be paid for.
• Dogs are allowed on the following terms: Dogs are not allowed in the upstairs of the property. Must not be left alone in the property. It is asked that guests would clean the cottage prior to departure to remove any signs that an animal has been there.
• We will not be held responsible for any accident, mishap, injury or illness to persons or personal property during your holiday.

Payment and contact details

Payment must be made as stated with the terms and conditions. 50% Deposit with the remaining balance due 28 days before departure.

Payment at the moment is only by cheque or cash. If a late booking means this is not possible then the options of this will be discussed at the time of booking.
